Introduction
For this topic i hope to take pictures that make the characters i use look real and bring them to life, i have also researched things about toy photography to inspire my work and help me improve over time.
What is toy photography
Toy photography is taking photos with toys. In other words, the goal isn't to take product shots of toys, but rather to use toys to create images that tell a larger story. Toys become the medium for the art.

Captain america pictures
How i took these photos
To take these photos I positioned the character in a pose/stance that made it stand out and keep in place when taking the photo, i also went on angles with the camera to make the figure the stand out even more.
Edited photos
Here i cropped the photo to get rid of unwanted parts in the picture.
Then i added some hue and colour to make certain areas of the figure stand out in the picture and i also added a shadow border to focus on the middle of the photo.
After that i added some curve and i made the photo black and white to show the different shadows.
Here is the finished product next to the original photo
How i took these photos
For these photos i positioned the figure in different weather conditions like rain, but i also took some of the photos inside and on different angles to make the figure stand out more.

How i took these photos
To take these photos i posed the figures to make them look more realistic and for some i made it look like they were fighting, i also used smoke for the last photo to make the figure look battle damaged.

How i took these photos
To take these photos i posed the figure and also used the surrounding bushes to help, i also focused on it so the background would blur and not look oversized.
Overall
Overall I enjoyed doing this topic, however i think there could be some areas that i could work on to improve, but i think the final outcome of this page turned out the way i wanted it to. I also enjoyed not only taking the pictures but also editing them.
